Which means if you book for 4:00 but don't show up untill 4:10 your time still starts at 4:00 I have alot of people who seem to think that they are only charged for "activity" time. If you want to sit and chat with em for 20 minutes or so thats great, I love conversation, but all that chatting and good stuff is including in your booking.
